Qatar FIFA World Cup 2022
Objective: Create engaging video content for the World Cup.
Role: Conceptualized and supervised video projects.
Outcome: Produced World Cup poster transitions, videos for participating countries, a Doha tourism series, and a 15-day countdown.
Results: Increased viewer engagement and brand visibility.

Doha Tourism Series -Explore Doha
A 10-episode series where the presenter guides tourists on what to do in Doha, featuring the best landmarks.

Videos for All Participating Countries
30-second videos showcasing each country's famous landmarks, best food, traditional music, best soccer player, best artist and writers, ending with the national anthem.

A countdown series starting 15 days before the matches, featuring short clips of players. Each day represented by a player and the remaining days until the start of the matches.

The World Aquatics Championships Doha 2024
Objective: Show excitement among different categories of people in Doha.
Role: Developed video teasers featuring professionals in Doha wearing swimming gear.
Outcome: Viral teasers depicting individuals' enthusiasm for the tournament.
Results: High online engagement and promotional success.




beIN Sports France Projects
Brasil 2014 Fifa World Cup
Objective: Direct coverage of the World Cup for a global audience.
Role: Directed the 2014 FIFA World Cup for beIN SPORTS in France.
Outcome: High-quality broadcasts that reached millions of viewers.

Role: Live studio director for Al Jazeera Sports.

Candid Camera Project 2013
Objective: Create a viral, humorous video.
Role: Collaborated with Al Jazeera Sports presenter.
Outcome: Produced a popular candid camera video.
Results: The video went viral, boosting online presence.

Launching Al Jazeera Sport Channel Project 2003
Objective:
Establish Al Jazeera Sport as a leading sports channel.
Role: in 2003, Ali was a key person in the launch, selected as director-editor of the first showreel. Due to its success, he created the second showreel in 2004.
Outcome: Created successful showreels that set the standard for the channel's content and presentation.
Results:The showreels were crucial in establishing Al Jazeera Sport’s identity and presence in the sports media landscape.
